My name is Luca Faoro, I am Italian and live in Houston since 2015. My expertise in small odd job and project management skills led me to, in 2016, start my own company, Luca Handyman llc, to promote my maintenance, repair and remodeling business.
In a sector where everything goes, my promise to my clients is to deliver on my services, on budget and on time. I bring my problem solving skills to ensure clients are happy with the end result, even when the unexpected happens. I’d rather not do the job, if I have doubts I might not be able to complete it to meet my high standards.
Other important aspect are timeliness, both for the starting of the job and its completion, and cleanliness. You will never complain about any mess and dirt left behind once the job is done, and, to an extent, even while it is ongoing.

What I can do for you
The type of work I can perform range from maintenance and repairs, such as interior and exterior painting, changing a lock, replace switches, minor plumbing interventions, sheetrock repairs, replacing doors, to small remodeling jobs such as tiling, back splash, cabinet modifications, etc.
I can also remove and install appliances, toilet bowls, chandeliers, ceiling fans, assemble or move furniture, hang paintings, mirrors, curtains, shelves and the like.
Cabinet and accessories painting is also one of my specialties and I have a lot of satisfied customers as a reference.

Tools
My toolkit is fully equipped with many handheld devices and, if needed, I will acquire the necessary tools to complete the task at hand in the most efficient and professional way.  Some of my equipment include, but it is not limited to, ladders from 7 / 11ft (fully opened until arrival 22ft), drill, miter saw, table saws, portable electric air compressor, paint guns.
